- The customer has 14 days to return the goods and be refunded.
- The entire return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded
- Size and garment exchanges are accepted.
- The customer has 15 days after the arrival of the product at home to make the exchange.
- Returned garments must be sent by private carrier or registered post.
- The customer will have to keep the receipt of the transport company with which he/she made the return until the package arrives at our workshop.
- We are not responsible for the loss of returned garments by the transport company contracted by the customer.
- The shipping costs of the entire exchange are to be paid by the customer.
- We will send the new garment once the return arrives at our workshop.
- In the event that the garment is not in stock, the time for the new shipment may vary from 15 days to one month (starting from the moment the return is delivered).
- The exchange will be made as long as the returned garment is in good condition and without any signs of use.
- In the event that the customer does not see any product of their choice at the time they wish to make the exchange, they will be sent a VOUCHER by email.
- VOUCHERS are valid for 3 months.
- VOUCHERS ARE NOT REDEEMABLE AFTER THEIR VALIDITY PERIOD.
